Bilingual Teacher Assistant (Spanish/English) High School
Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a Full-Time Bilingual Teacher Assistant to support ESL classrooms at Chester High School for the 2025–2026 school year. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English and experience supporting students with autism and special education needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support ESL classroom instruction under the direction of the lead teacher
• Provide bilingual assistance to students in both English and Spanish
• Work closely with students on the autism spectrum and within the special education population
• Assist in classroom management, student supervision, and daily instructional activities
• Communicate effectively with school staff and participate in team meetings
Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience working with students with autism and special education needs
• Must be able to work comfortably in an urban high school setting
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain or complete all required PA clearances
• Must have prior school-based experience
• Must provide professional references
• District information must be disclosed up front
