About the Role:


Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads to drive sales conversions
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
Providing exceptional customer support, answering questions, and sending additional information via email to ensure customer satisfaction
Staying up-to-date with product and service information, updates, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge
Creating and maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system to track sales performance and customer interactions
Demonstrating and explaining features of our products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
Researching and qualifying new leads to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
Closing sales and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's top-line growth

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (MCA preferred)
1-5 years of experience in an inside sales position, preferably in the US market or with US shift experience
Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales or Salesforce
Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with customers
Proven phone and cold calling skills, with a track record of success in sales or business development
