Practitioner Finance and Administration Delivery
At IBM, we are looking for an exceptional Practitioner Finance and Administration Delivery to join our team. This role requires an individual who can bring strong organizational and analytical skills, while also demonstrating a keen aptitude for problem-solving. You will need to be able to work independently, but also be comfortable collaborating cross-functionally within the organization.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a finance-related role. You should have excellent communication and people skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Analyze financial data and create accurate reports to be used for decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial systems and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other accounting standards.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Provide support to senior management and other team members as needed.
Monitor changes in the industry and how they may impact the organization.
Develop processes and procedures for finance and administration delivery.
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
Identify and implement ways to improve financial performance.
