Turning English Christian Sermons by a non-native English speaker to perfect Blog and podcast Work scope: Turning Christian sermons of a non-English native speaker into Bible Study With Jairus Blogs and Podcasts. The sermons are preached in English by Sean Junjie Song (nickname Jairus) and they need to be edited and redacted to Blogs and it will be recorded by our audio person. We have produced more than 100 Bible Study With Jairus Podcasts in the past. They are available here ( The past process is I write in Chinese and someone translate them into English and edit them, then record it. But the process is long and most importantly I am getting busy so I cannot catch up with the writing. My schedule is sharing a message around 30 minutes to one hour directly in English 5 days a week, one per day. Often I feel there are some inspirations from the Holy Spirit to be worth editing it to make it available to more people. So I am looking for a person can help to turn the sermons directly to the format of my previous Bible Studies in the link above. Requirement: Must be a native English speaker Must be great at writing Must be familiar with Bible Payment: The payment is 1 dollar per minute, i/e 30 dollars messages for 30 minutes video and 60 dollars for a 60 minute video. The work may not fit for those who are looking for financial income. It is ideally for those who are not only looking for material gain only but are genuinely interested in helping turn these sermons into blogs so it can be heard by more people. My ministry started from a humble beginning and I don’t have any donations beside support from myself. So the budget is limited but the volume could be big. As I already have at least 40 sermons (30-90 minutes) now and I plan to continue doing 5 sermons each week. These past Bible studies were turned to books. The copyright is mine as this is ghost writing and editing. But I can mention and thank you in preface. Transcripts and Style: I can look into getting automatic transcripts by AI if they are helpful. But based on my experience, this transcript may contain errors so reviewing the video sermon is a must. Another thing when I rewrote them earlier, I found it is easier for me to reorganize the thought than following the colloquial way of talking so they may be more logical. But I am willing to discuss with the candidates how to move forward. The goal is to turn the sermon to a logical and clear Bible Study so I can record them by our native English speaker/ audio narrator to broadcast on my Bible Studies With Jairus Podcast channel and posting online. I hope our end product could be similar what we posted in the past here The ideal way is to get the ideas I am preaching, the verses I am quoting, the stories I am giving to reorganize or rewrite them in your own language. This seems to me much easier than reorganizing the oral transcripts which could be a headache according to my experience. You can take notes to these key elements and rewrite them. Of course it should not deviate from what I was preaching or changing the intrinsic meaning of what I say in the messages.
