The Analytics and Insights Specialist will support the HR COE Analytics team by driving recruiting delivery analytics, providing data-informed insights to senior leadership, and collaborating with business partners to enhance recruiting strategies.ResponsibilitiesCreate and monitor logical and impactful metrics for key stakeholdersLead and support the development and evolution of recruiting programs to build Gartner for scale, drive high-quality hiring and reduce open positionsDrive execution of recruiting best practices and disseminate insights across global talent acquisition teamsProactively identify possibilities to create new or enhance existing reporting to best serve business needsAct as a trusted data partner for key stakeholdersCollaborate with our business partners – both within and outside of HR – to solve business issuesPerform ad hoc analyses to support both HR and Gartner leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in analytical subject or business preferred (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics, finance, etc.)1-5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or a Finance roleData-driven, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into compelling, actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to lead successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions and engage senior executivesSuccessful track record of superior service delivery in a global environmentAdvanced Excel and presentation/meeting facilitation skillsExceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesMust be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TXBenefitsGenerous PTOA 401k match up to $7,200 per yearThe opportunity to purchase company stock at a discountMarket leading benefit programsCompany OverviewGartner provides fact-based consulting services, helping clients use and manage IT to enhance business performance.
