You’ll design and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across web, mobile, SMS, Slack, and Teams, ensuring reliability, security, accessibility, and performance at scale. You will build test plans, drive automation, establish quality metrics, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to embed quality from design through release. Play a key role in testing AI-driven features — including red-teaming, synthetic data, and evaluation pipelines — in a fast-moving YC-backed startup environment.
