Treasury Associate (Fresh Graduate Welcome)
The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes Responsibilities Manage our cash forecasting and global cash management processes including short term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution Reconcile our daily settlement bank movements Communicate with banks for the setup and and ongoing relationship Help to design automated systems and processes to support our fiat and digital assets processes Execution of FXtransactions necessary for market risk management Perform liquidity forecasts and ongoing monitoring of liquidity Works closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately Requirements Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience is a plus ; fresh graduate welcome Experience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent) Strong Excel skills Good command of English & Chinese Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations Digital asset familiarity is an advantage Additional Information #LI-CW1 #LI-Associate #LI-Hybrid Life @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big.
