Travel Industry Expert
We're seeking a Travel Counselor to join our highly skilled remote team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a Travel Counselor, you'll provide outstanding service to our corporate business clients, advising and arranging travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis and research on travel options, and proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the travel industry, native GDS expertise, and keen international travel knowledge. If you have a passion for excellence in client service and are able to resolve customer issues quickly and independently, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
