You'll collaborate with experts to develop and implement effective security measures, and provide support and guidance to our business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions * Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards * Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget * Serve as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and IT groups * Participate in system and acceptance testing * Scope of work may vary depending on the team project **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, cybersecurity, information assurance) * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required * Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices * Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred * Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) preferred * Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred * Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred * Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required * Openness to Agile philosophies preferred * Coursework or experience related to network security preferred * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines preferred * Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred * Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred * Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, transparent, kind, and empathetic * Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's perfect for individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity and want to make a real difference.
