Transportation/Supply Chain Intern - Atlanta, GA (Summer 2025)

Performs activities related to his/her field of study while obtaining experience working in a corporate environment. Participates in various networking and/or community service events.

Essential Functions
Ā• Supports and plans work on small projects with direction from management.
Ā• Assists management and other department personnel to support larger projects (e.g., managing project schedule and status reporting).
Ā• May assume the duties normally performed in the department, alongside professionals who perform these roles.
Ā• Works with various departments and/or vendors to gather information needed for various projects.
Ā• Presents project results to management and/or department personnel.
Ā• Performs analytical work within the assigned functional area.
Ā• Conducts research using the internet and other sources of information.
Ā• Creates or updates systems or databases for specific department needs.
Ā• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Ā• Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Ā• Degree: Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Degree or related discipline.

Minimum Experience
Ā• None required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ā• Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
Ā• Knowledge of AutoCAD software may be required for some positions.
Ā• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
Ā• Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
Ā• Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Pay Transparency: ?Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. The internship is based in Atlanta, GA. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles.? ?? ??
