YouTube Content Specialist
The YouTube Content Specialist will create and execute a strategy to grow the Healthy Gamer Family channels. This *role is responsible for content channel growth as well as, nurturing audiences using high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with brand and marketing goals.

Scope of Work
The YouTube Content Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ā Scheduling, coordinating and creating original content for our primary parent channels (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) to encourage growth and engagement
Ā Developing and executing a Youtube content strategy to grow our parent audience and establish thought leadership on modern parenting by leveraging insights from competitive research, trending topics, etc
Ā Workshopping video topics, scripts, and video strategy (thumbnails, titles, etc) in collaboration with our primary channel creators
Ā Repurposing existing parent content (Youtube videos, workbooks, course info, coaching handbook, etc) into social media content, including but not limited to: shorts/clips, teasers, GIFs, memes, infographics, carousel posts (IG), informational captions
Ā Fostering community across our parent channels in order to build trust and nurture relationships with our audience, and creating opportunities for lead capture and marketing of parent product suite
Ā Creating and implement a strategy for capturing leads to market our parent product suite to
Ā Managing the day-to-day tasks for each of the parent channels, including but not limited to: scheduling posts, creating and/or directing written/image/video content, engaging with comments, engaging with similar brands/channels as appropriate, monitoring analytics to ensure content is performing as expected, etc
Ā Collaborating with our team to ensure that the content is consistent with our brand messaging/voice and parent product positioning
Ā Incorporating feedback from our team and stakeholders to improve the quality and effectiveness of social content.
Ā Writing and editing captions, headlines, and descriptions for social media and YouTube as needed, ensuring they are engaging and optimized for each platform
Qualifications
Ā Proven experience as a Youtube Channel Manager, Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content
Ā Experience with video editing, thumbnail design, and other YouTube specific knowledge
Ā Strong analytic skills to analyze data and identify trends
Ā Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple channels
Ā Understanding of brand principles and cultivating an engaged audience
Ā Proficient in developing strategic content strategies using Shorts, Reels, and other social assets
Ā Knowledge of the parent demographic and their relationship to their kids/technology
Ā Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus
Ā Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator is a plus
