We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Programs & Strategy Analyst to join our Customs and Trade Compliance Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our customs reconciliation and duty savings programs, ensuring best-in-class compliance trade practices, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and administer reconciliation filing preparation, including identification, review, and preparation of items to be included in reconciliation filings
Identify opportunities to improve the reconciliation process and establish recommendations and implementation plans
Administer trade programs, such as duty exemption, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) administration, and certificate and key document preparation
Support trade program system solutions, including working with outside service providers, and review audit findings to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Progressive experience in Customs and Trade Compliance, including trade programs and reconciliation
Strong focus on accuracy and detail, with excellent problem-solving and process development skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timing requirements
Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and experience working with MS Excel and large amounts of data
