[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist will facilitate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of marketing campaigns by managing list imports for events and programs, ensuring data accuracy and readinessOwn intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while staying aligned to best practicesClone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for review and approvalReview and QA programs built by teams with Marketo access, helping maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and scalabilityPartner with Marketing Operations Manager to document and reinforce campaign operations standards across the organizationCreate, maintain, and improve program build guides and operational documentationSupport change management communications when processes, tools, or standards evolve, helping teams understand what’s changing and whyContribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and operational efficiency as the marketing organization growsSkills1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign supportWorking knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentationAbility to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvementClear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablementComfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholdersExperience supporting event marketing or webinar programsFamiliarity with tokens, templates, and scalable program frameworksExperience working in a B2B marketing environmentExposure to change management or internal communicationsBenefitsPerformance-based bonusEquityGenerous benefits programCompany OverviewAlphaSense is a platform harnessing AI to deliver insights, helping professionals make informed, impactful decisions.
