Optiom is hiring a Territory Manager to drive product adoption across Ontario’s automotive dealership network. You will be on the front lines of our national sales function: identifying, onboarding, and developing dealer relationships that deliver lasting results, and reporting directly on territory performance. WHO YOU ARE You don’t need to have worked in insurance before. But you will thrive here if you bring the right combination of sales drive, relationship instincts, and automotive industry know-how. You Bring 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel Bonus Points For Prior experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions Established relationships within Ontario’s automotive dealership community Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs Background in training dealership staff across F&I and service departments Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand WHO WE ARE Optiom is a specialty MGA and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva Canada, one of the country’s largest property and casualty insurers.
