Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop strategies to address them through machine learning. Utilize strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of machine learning developers, providing direction, support and feedback to ensure project success. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and other relevant technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and keep Autodesk at the forefront of the industry. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential applications of machine learning within Autodesk's products and services, and develop strategies to implement them effectively. Take ownership of project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration to drive the development of new ideas and approaches. Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning, providing guidance and support to other teams within Autodesk as needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, leveraging these connections to facilitate the adoption and integration of machine learning technology. Represent Autodesk as a thought leader in the machine learning space, participating in industry events, conferences and other opportunities to share knowledge and promote the company's expertise.
