Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Macon, GA

This role focuses on monitoring patients with cardiac and other conditions requiring continuous telemetry observation, ensuring timely interventions and excellent clinical outcomes. Responsibilities: • Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment to detect cardiac abnormalities. • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and standard protocols. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications: • Current RN license with experience in telemetry nursing. • Strong clinical assessment skills, especially in cardiac care. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to changes in patient condition. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
