Telehealth Mental Health Therapist - Community Care Team

Our Mission “In everything we do we believe in breaking down barriers and getting help to the community now.” Minimum Qualifications • Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree. • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or willingness to obtain Licensure in Oregon). • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults. Licensure & Location Requirements (Please Read Carefully): To be eligible for this telehealth position, you must meet both requirements: • Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon. • Live in and be licensed (or license-eligible) in one of these states: AZ, ID, MO, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA. Position Details • Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Work from Home) This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace. Working hours are based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. • Position Type: Full-Time, W2-Employee. • Population Served: This team primarily serves clients with Medicaid coverage. • Client Caseload: Full-Time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status. You're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your personal and professional goals. Background Check Requirement • A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways clinicians make from $84,480.00 to $163,014.00 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar. Your earning potential is up to you. • Our Generous PTO program: Starts at (4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year and increases by one day annually for each year of service, up to a maximum of (6) weeks and (2) days after ten years. • Growth Opportunities & Increased Earning Potential: One of our values is our clinicians are as important as our clients.
