Python for AEC Course Developer (Online Remote)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced AEC technology professional and Python expert to develop an online course “Python for the AEC Industry”. This online instructor-led program will teach architects, engineers, and construction professionals how to apply Python programming to real-world AEC workflows. You’ll be responsible for assisting in designing the course structure, creating engaging instructional materials, and developing practical, hands-on projects that connect Python to leading design and BIM tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and developing an online professional training program on Python for AEC applications. Create lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and assessments tailored to working professionals. Collaborate with our content team to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with professional standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in AEC design technology, computational design, or BIM automation. Strong proficiency in Python programming and its use within AEC tools and APIs. Experience with Revit API, AutoCAD API, or Civil 3D automation. Familiarity with data analytics, visualization (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, Power BI integration), or AI/ML concepts. Prior teaching, training, or curriculum development experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
