Description In our team, you play a crucial role in connecting business needs with technical solutions, leading the development of innovative products or features that enhance customer experience and align with business objectives. Your key responsibilities involve engaging with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into high-level design specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of solutions that address customer needs, ensuring the effective translation of business requirements into software engineering outcomes through technical specifications, product prototyping, and engineering design, while also managing the triage of defects and issues relating to CMS and DAM system integrations and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, providing a solid foundation in software development principles and systems design.
• At least Four years in relevant roles, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, meet project milestones, and deliver successful product releases or significant feature rollouts.
• Solid familiarity with content and digital asset management platforms, including emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in these domains.
• Ability to interpret detailed functional requirements and convert them into well-organized API endpoints and data exchange models, enabling cohesive interaction across multiple systems.
• Demonstrated experience in articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication across teams.
• Enthusiasm for rapidly exploring ideas, creating proof-of-concepts, and formulating product proposals that align with strategic objectives and user requirements.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, gathering clear requirements, and translating these insights into actionable functional design documents.

Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives and successfully delivering complex product launches or large-scale feature enhancements.
• Knowledge of standards like Dublin Core, IPTC for organizing digital assets, and ability to create effective classification systems for content management
• Familiarity with designing or integrating Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to augment CMS and DAM capabilities, delivering advanced, intelligent functionalities.
• Proven ability to dissect technical challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement through creative yet data-driven decision-making.
• Practical software engineering and testing experience encompassing system architecture, designing robust solutions for complex business needs, and establishing clear and maintainable API contracts.

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
