Associate Account Executive

The Associate Account Executive will support the senior sales team throughout the sales cycle, engage with leads, and manage sales administration while learning the company's methodology and preparing for a career in sales.ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior AEs across the full sales cycle — research, outreach, demos, follow-up, and closingQualify inbound leads and industry event contacts via discovery callsDevelop your own outreach habits over time — proactively building relationships and following up on your own leadsAssist in building and delivering product demos, gradually taking on more as you growPrepare and manage quotes, proposals, and contracts for active dealsDraft professional client emails, letters, and correspondence on behalf of the sales teamMaintain disciplined CRM hygiene — accurate forecasting and consistent pipeline managementCoordinate internal approvals and documentation needed to move deals forwardUse AI tools to work more efficiently across all of the above — drafting, research, formatting, follow-upTravel across North America to represent Aareas at industry trade shows and conferencesEngage with prospects and clients at events — generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales team on the groundAssist with trade show logistics, booth setup, and follow-up coordinationSkillsA natural salesperson with a great attitude, an outgoing personality, and a passion for technology and real estateSome prior sales, client-facing, or customer service experience in any industry — formal sales training is not requiredStrong written communication skills — you'll be drafting quotes, proposals, and client emailsComfortable with digital tools and picking up new software quicklyUse of AI tools first in everyday work is a mustValid passport and ability to travel across North America for trade showsDegree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or a related field preferredCRM experience is a bonus but not requiredRecent graduates with a strong academic record and the right attitude are equally welcomeBenefitsHealth benefitsRemote / hybrid flexibilityFull tech stack and AI tools providedHands-on mentorship from experienced PropTech sales leadersAll trade show and industry event travel expenses coveredCompany OverviewAareas is a PropTech company that focuses on creating epic home-buying experiences.
