Ā Engagewith customers through online chat and messaging platformsresponding to inquiries providing information and offeringassistance.
Ā Assist customers in navigating ourproducts or services addressing their questions concerns andtechnical issues.
Ā Troubleshoot and resolvecustomer problems escalating complex issues to higher levels ofsupport when necessary.
Ā Maintain a high levelof professionalism and customer service etiquette in allinteractions.
Ā Document customer interactionsincluding the nature of inquiries solutions provided and anyfollowup actions.
Ā Meet or exceed performancetargets including response time customer satisfaction scores andchat volume goals.
Ā Stay updated on productknowledge and company policies to provide accurate and uptodateinformation to customers.
Ā Collaborate with teammembers and other departments to ensure consistent and effectivecustomersupport.
ChatAgent Requirements andQualifications :
Ā Highschool diploma or equivalent; college degreepreferred.
Ā Excellent written communicationskills with a strong command of grammar andspelling.
Ā Previous customer service or chatsupport experience is a plus but notrequired.
Ā Strong problemsolving skills and theability to think quickly andlogically.
Ā Proficiency in using computers andfamiliarity with chat and messagingplatforms.
Ā Ability to multitask effectively andhandle multiple chat conversationssimultaneously.
Ā Empathy patience and acustomerfocused attitude.
Ā Willingness to workflexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays ifrequired.
Ā Team player with strong interpersonalskills.
