If you’re ready to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape.Job Overview And ResponsibilitiesThis role will support key cross-functional projects within Tech Ops, focusing on individual contributions to drive projects that enable operational excellence. This position supports the analysis of targeted business opportunities in the context of impact and drivers to the Tech Ops mission and objectives.Strategic Planning & Project Development: Assist in driving various critical workstreams across the Tech Ops portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Support the development of project plans and timelines to achieve desired outcomes Stakeholder Management & Governance: Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment and progress toward problem resolution. Provide input and support for governance processes to maintain project accountability Business Case Assessments: Support business case assessments and cross-functional Tech Ops projects by framing business cases, identifying relevant factors and gathering appropriate data, conducting analyses, and preparing recommendations. Contribute to identifying opportunities for operational improvements Communication & Delivering Insights: Contribute to the development of the “Tech Ops story” by aligning strategic initiatives with organizational priorities into compelling narratives. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates to communicate findings and recommendations effectivelyNOTE: This position is located at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL and considered as a hybrid role working 3 days in office, however that may evolve with the needs of the companyQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or related experience in Aviation management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, operations planning, project management, or a related fieldExperience collaborating on projects or initiativesAbility to collaborate effectively within a team environment, which leading through influenceStrong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to support both strategic and tactical tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in tools and techniques relevant to project management and data analysisMust be willing and able to travel if neededMust be willing and able to work at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL as a hybrid work schedule 3 days in office, however that may evolve with the needs of the companyMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic planning, program management, data analytics, process improvement and/or consulting2+ years’ experience leading / collaborating on large scale or growth initiativesSolid understanding of the airline industry, especially operationsExperience working in or with Technical OperationsThe base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
