- Lead team members' work activities in partnership with Course Material Operations and Warehouse Operations
- Ensure all virtual team members receive appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training
- Perform accurate transactions with detail orientation
- Proactively meet both internal and external customer needs
- Use sound judgment and decision-making skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills, including creating and saving text documents and sending emails
- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate transactions
- Self-motivated and able to multitask with minimal supervision
- Effective work methods and ability to consistently meet commitments
- Effective communication skills: clear, concise, and positive
