As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that applies scientific thoroughness to enhance Disney's content portfolio, marketing, and delivery system. Key Responsibilities • Apply Advanced Analysis Methods: Utilize data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data and drive business decisions. • Explore Client Behavior: Investigate customer behavior, including type preferences and viewing patterns, to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. • Anticipate Content Engagement: Analyze data to predict content engagement and inform acquisition decisions. • Optimize Content Launch and Episode Release Strategy: Use data analysis to optimize the content launch and episode release strategy. • Test Marketing Strategies: Develop and test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention. • Ideate and Develop New Metrics and KPIs: Create and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic direction. • Provide Ad-Hoc Analysis Support: Offer analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth. • Communicate Insights Effectively: Present findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree: A four-year college degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. • Data Analysis Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. • Data Storytelling: Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in Information Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. • Passion for Media and Entertainment: A genuine passion for the media and entertainment industry.
