On-site Agency : PivotRoots Job Description Summary : Head of Testing and Development Delivery utilizes QA skills to test and perfect the digital deliverables across websites, iOS and Android apps, VR/AR applications to constantly improving with new features and fucntionality. Job Description : The Head of Testing and Development Delivery manages resources and execute on projects from the planning phase through final delivery of all features on the digital deliverables. This role will be accountable for the quality of deliverables and releases to production. - Builds, recommend and maintain appropriate frameworks to automate test scenarios. - Converts manual regression scenarios to automated test cases. - Ensures that automated tests are integrated and execute reliably in the CI/CD environments. - Works as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software in two-week sprints - Collaborates with product owners to understand requirements, new features and resolve issues - Contributes to the success of the Scrum team through active and collaborative participation in sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint retrospectives - Develops an in-depth level of knowledge of the scrum team’s supported products - Document software issues and enhancement requests and assist development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the defects found while performing manual functional, integration, and regression tests - Contribute towards team estimation and scheduling process - Participate in code reviews - Help diagnose, reproduce and test fixes - Troubleshoot, stabilize and optimize the existing daily QA automation jobs Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
