Consultation Needed: Immigration Lawyer for doing business on H1B Visa Inquiry
I am seeking a qualified immigration lawyer to provide legal advice regarding the feasibility of starting a face-painting/balloon twisting business under an H1B visa. My son, who is a US citizen and 11 years old does balloon twisting and I assist him as well. We have registered a LLC in my wife's name. We had talked to another immigration lawyer last year and he said we can do this business under registered LLC. Our earnings are expected to be around $6k-$8k a year from this business.
