We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide instructional support to students with emotional and learning disabilities in a remote setting. As a Teaching Assistant WEC, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
About the Role:
Provide instructional services to students under the supervision of a licensed or certified teacher
Support students with daily living skills, such as dressing, toileting, and feeding, as applicable
Implement specialized instruction to students with emotional and learning disabilities
Collaborate with colleagues to meet student learning needs and promote equity and culturally responsive practices
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Attend staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and program developments
