Talented Writer Needed for Geography Workbook for Kids
We are seeking an experienced and passionate writer to create an engaging and culturally rich Geography Workbook for children.
This workbook will be divided into 7 continent sections. Each section will include short, country-specific informational pages followed by interactive exercises. The workbook will combine cultural awareness, geography skills, and critical thinking in a way that treats children as capable, curious learners.
We are looking for a native English speaker with excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and substantial experience creating educational materials for children. Experience in geography education, curriculum writing, or social studies is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive and engaging World Geography Workbook for children.
Create country-specific informational content that goes beyond stereotypes and highlights:
- Cultural traditions

- Celebrations
-Languages and greetings
-Landmarks (including lesser-known ones, not only âusual suspectsâ)
-Design interactive exercises that are age-appropriate, visually engaging, and encourage:
- Curiosity and empathy
- Critical thinking
- Cultural awareness and respect
- Map and geography skills
- Balance informational pages with practical exercises throughout each continent section.
- Collaborate to refine the workbook structure and flow based on the initial outline provided.
- Communicate effectively with the team and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Native English speaker with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
Proven experience creating engaging educational materials for children (workbooks, curriculum, activity books, etc.).
Strong understanding of age-appropriate geography and cultural content.
Ability to write in a clear, engaging, child-friendly tone without oversimplifying.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, error-free content.
Excellent communication skills with a response time of no longer than 12 hours.
