Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including WIN, Power Suite, Excel, and Outlook. Receiving and Tracking: Receive and track shipments, manage inventory, and update records accordingly. General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, typing, and answering phones. Trailer Inventory Management: Organize and maintain trailer inventories, including data entry into shared files in Outlook. Outbound Manifests and Hazardous Waste Labels: Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and maintain a safe working environment. Other Duties: Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management, including adapting to changing priorities and workflows. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Administrative Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is an asset. DOT Training/Knowledge: DOT training/knowledge is an asset. Logistics and Maintenance Experience: Experience in logistics and maintenance is a plus. bolthires Excel: At least 1 year of experience with bolthires Excel.
