(fyi: Human resources, talent management, and marketing positions are intern and contract only positions.) Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. • Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the entertainment industry. • Develop and implement employee evaluation processes to enhance performance. • Foster positive Talent relations through effective communication and conflict resolution. • Utilize HR software such as iCIMS and ADP for efficient HR operations. • Support talent management initiatives to ensure talent growth and satisfaction. • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. • Marketing advisor helps market talent and their brand for TV, film, and radio for interviews. Requirements • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or written references and acknowledgements from professors. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and recruitment strategies. • Familiarity with talent management services and marketing with written references and acknowledgements from professors.. • Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building strong teams. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
