The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, collaborating across technical and business teams, and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Pay rate: $65-$75/hr w2 Responsibilities: Collaborate with technology leads, developers, and cross-functional partners (Tech, Program, Risk). Independently manage project execution and delivery. Apply Agile principles to guide team workflows and development cycles. Use JIRA to monitor team progress and manage tasks. Develop comprehensive project plans and integrative roadmaps. Create executive-level presentations and storytelling slides for program updates. Drive program momentum and ensure forward progress across workstreams. Lead programs with multiple concurrent workstreams. Experience Requirements: 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology-focused environments. Proven ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives. Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. Experience in stakeholder communication and executive reporting. Skilled in strategic planning and roadmap development. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
