About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on Recruiting Operations & Program Manager to serve as the right hand to our Head of Recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and enjoys both strategic oversight and tactical execution.You’ll drive hiring efficiency, set clear KPIs and timelines for both internal and external delivery, and ensure seamless collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. We embed technology and innovation into everything we do — including how we recruit top-tier global talent for ourselves and our clients.Key Responsibilities:Drive Recruiting Project Execution:Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations across multiple roles, departments, and client engagementsSet and enforce KPI targets and delivery timelines for open roles. Act as Player/Coach to team to help them optimize talent delivery in terms of quality and speed.
