**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced Card Customer Service Advisors to join our remote team in Louisville, KY, Omaha, NE, Tulsa, OK, and Birmingham, AL. As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries and problems, and delivering personalized solutions to meet our customers' unique needs. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems
* Research, analyze, and provide solutions that meet the customer's needs
* Resolve customer inquiries and problems on first contact
* Provide customers with account information
* Resolve or refer billing disputes
* Correct payment errors
* Revise fee and finance charges as appropriate
* Account maintenance
* Take card, check, or other orders
* Act on lost or stolen cards/checks
* Research customer problems that could not be resolved during the initial contact

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two to four years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
* Good knowledge of concepts, practices, policies, and procedures of banking products and services
* Effective telephone and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle difficult customer calls
* Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
* Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of banking products and services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
