What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Supervise call center staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center staff
Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure operational efficiency
Evaluate job performance of employees and recommend appropriate personnel actions
Provide training and coaching sessions to direct reports to identify development opportunities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
U.S. Citizenship
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting FEMA or similar emergency management organizations
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
Strong team collaboration skills
