With over 100 inspired chefs from cities like NYC, LA, and Austin, we're empowering working chefs and supporting their growth while fueling stronger communities.
The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our product and service. You'll be part of a growing team that's passionate about delivering top-notch support and making a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer requests, resolving issues and providing outstanding experiences in every interaction
Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, and delivery issues, in a timely manner
Assist clients with questions and concerns regarding their subscription, product, and service
Escalate critical cases and exceptions to CX Supervisor for proper follow-up
Process orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests
Develop a deep expertise in our product, key differentiators, and the value it provides to our customers
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer support, handling inbound customer issue resolution via email, phone, and/or chat
Outstanding English language skills (oral and written) and effective communication skills
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people
Organized and able to work under pressure
Positive attitude, great people skills, and a supportive team player
Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining a plus!
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $930 USD per month
Flexible remote work arrangement
15 days of vacation per year
Family leave: 12 weeks for primary caregiver and 6 weeks for secondary caregiver, fully paid
Compassionate Leave: 3-5 days each time the need arises
