Strategic Marketing Senior Analyst - Remote Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Marketing Senior Analyst to join our team at Aetna, a Fortune 6 company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies to drive business growth and build trust with our clients.
Job Summary:
In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to support the growth of Aetna CVS Health's Individual and Family plans. You will work closely with external agencies to develop on-brand assets, manage project timelines, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies, including real-time video, display ads, paid social, email, search, radio, out-of-home, and television
Collaborate with external agencies to create on-brand assets and messaging
Manage project timelines, review, and approval processes to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery
Design and target marketing channels to meet business objectives and deadlines
Ensure digital assets meet accessibility standards and manage translations
Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, with a focus on process improvement and innovative thinking
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels, project management, and automation
Experience working in a highly regulated industry (a plus)
Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
