Data Entry Agent Full Time / Part Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Agent to. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into computer systems or databases. Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and correct or escalate as needed. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Organize files and maintain electronic records. Prepare reports and summaries from entered data as required. Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred. Proficient typing skills (40+ WPM) and knowledge of bolthires Office or bolthires Workspace. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic knowledge of CRM systems or data management software is a plus.
