As the first technical touchpoint for many of our partners, SD&S plays a critical role in shaping customer engagement and enabling partner success across our ecosystem.This position is part of our Build Team, which focuses on delivering highâquality solution configurations and technical build services.About the RoleWe are seeking a Sr. Technical Solutions Engineer with strong Dell expertise to act as a technical leader within SD&S. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our preâsales team and reseller partners to scope, size, and architect complex Dellâbased solutions.You will serve as a subjectâmatter expert for Dell technologies, validate solution designs, and ensure technical accuracy throughout the build process. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
