About the Team and the Role

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute on a strategic market development plan, aligning with the business's strategic direction and partnering with key internal stakeholders
Identify and engage key partners, including retailers, ISVs, and system integrators, to drive business growth and expansion
Build and manage a business development pipeline, engaging with key prospects and partners to drive revenue growth
Understand the technical requirements of customers and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of product offerings
Present business reviews to senior management, providing progress updates and roadblocks to expanding reach in the retail industry
Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the legal group to ensure successful partnership agreements
Handle a high volume of engagements and interactions in the fast-paced environment of emerging and nascent technologies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
6+ years of professional or military experience
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience responding to requests for proposals, determining requirements, and developing solutions
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience negotiating software and services agreements
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
MBA
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
