Team members are encouraged to take ownership, experiment, and continuously improve how Web3 brands communicate, launch, and grow. Overview We are seeking a Web3 X (Twitter) Social Media & Copywriter who lives at the intersection of culture, conversion, and community. This role owns the voice of the brand across X (Twitter), turning complex crypto and product narratives into magnetic, engagement-driven content that builds trust and supports real growth. This is not a meme-only role. You will be responsible for building narrative systems, launch arcs, and retention loops, not just posting content. Responsibilities Social Strategy & Publishing Own the daily publishing cadence across X (Twitter) Build weekly content calendars aligned with: product launches token events PR cycles community initiatives Develop long-term brand voice and tone frameworks Be active and able to speak in X Spaces Copywriting & Narrative Architecture Write and ship: X threads announcement and launch copy community-first X messaging campaign landing page copy launch emails and nurture flows Translate technical product updates into emotionally resonant, human-first narratives Growth & Engagement Design engagement loops, including: reply farming strategies community prompts conversion-driven CTAs Monitor engagement data and iterate content based on performance Provide weekly analytics updates (internal and client-facing) Speak to performance data in an actionable way to improve account growth Client & Team Communication Maintain high responsiveness in client-facing and internal Slack / Discord / Telegram channels Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, community, growth, and product teams Actively participate in client calls scheduled during EST hours Required Skills 2+ years creating or managing social content in crypto, Web3, DeFi, AI, or fintech Deep understanding of: DeFi, NFTs, token ecosystems crypto-native culture Strong knowledge of X (Twitter) algorithm behavior and narrative-driven growth Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling, human-first copy Proven ability to drive engagement and conversation, not just impressions Comfortable in client-facing, performance-driven environments Bonus Skills Experience with Zealy, Galxe, or Discord XP campaigns Familiarity with crypto PR workflows (Cointelegraph, Decrypt, etc.) Light analytics experience (engagement tracking, growth dashboards) KPIs Engagement rate growth Follower growth velocity Campaign conversion rates Discord / Telegram retention CTR on launch threads Why Join Join one of the leading and longest-standing Web3 marketing agencies Contribute directly to shaping Web3 narrative and growth strategies Work fully remotely in a supportive, communication-driven culture High-impact role with autonomy, ownership, and clear growth potential Exposure to a wide range of top-tier Web3 clients and products Interview Process Prescreen with an external recruiter (30 minutes) Interview with the Director of Strategy Interview with the Director of Accounts Final interview with the CEO
