Sr Solutions Specialist
Under moderate supervision, designs, develops, implements and maintains innovative and replicable programs/procedures supporting sales, senior leadership and customers creating value and effective strategies for the Company.
Essential Functions
ā¢ Requires the application of advanced specialized/technical skill sets relevant to the role and objective of the department.
ā¢ Works individually and leads teams with internal/external customer interaction.
ā¢ Leads review, analysis, interpretation of data/information creating innovative solutions.
ā¢ Presents solutions to management.
ā¢ May work individually and with teams with internal/external customers.
ā¢ Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or a related field.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. Experience is specifically related to the department's specialty. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and/or graphics or web development.
Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently.
Ability to present solutions to leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of freight related experience, proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), familiarity with remote new hire onboarding practices, project management experience or certification and strong business acumen.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month (E25)
Additional Details: The desired location is Memphis, TN, however, this position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
