Sr Service Consultant - Total Lab Automation (Remote)

Accountabilities
• Manage and track service escalations to identify process non-conformance.
• Create and present data to influence business decisions regarding product issues.
• Conduct technical meetings and webinars via remote conferencing.
• Develop and review Product Support Troubleshooting Documentation.
• Efficiently troubleshoot system-level issues including hardware and software.
• Collaborate with in-house R&D and OEM service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize proactive tools and data sets for targeted remedial actions.
• Perform other responsibilities as required.

Requirements
• Minimum 2-year degree in a technical discipline; Engineering preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering/Support role; Healthcare Diagnostics preferred.
• Experience with automation systems is advantageous.
• 10-30% travel may be required based on skill level.
• Strong data analytics skills for troubleshooting and presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad++, SQL.
• Effective team participation and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent activities.
