1111 - Mid Frontend Developer (React + Next.js)
Our client is a New York-based, tech-driven prestige beauty brand that is shifting millions of customers to shopping for beauty online. They are building a disruptive, next-generation e-commerce experience for shopping makeup online by creating cutting-edge digital products and combining the worlds of e-commerce and social media. They have more than 250 employees, in NYC, Tel-Aviv, Ukraine, and Serbia. The tech team in Kyiv includes 40 smart & talented Software Engineers & QAs. We’re looking for a Mid Frontend Developer who knows how to turn ideas into fast, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces. Someone who loves clean code, well-structured architecture, and teamwork - but also enjoys creating things that feel great to use. What You’ll Do: - Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React + Next.js - Collaborate closely with designers, backend devs, and product teams to create smooth and intuitive user experiences - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code (and actually care about it) - Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO for production-level Next.js apps - Take part in code reviews, share knowledge, and grow with the team - Help evolve the design system and improve internal development standards What You Bring: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and solid understanding/experience with Next.js - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS / styled-components - Experience with REST APIs and ideally GraphQL - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development - Attention to detail, UI sensitivity, and product thinking mindset - English - at least Upper-Intermediate (they work in international teams) Would Be a Plus: - Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) - Basic understanding of backend rendering / SSR concepts - Interest in UI/UX and pixel-perfect layouts Benefits and working conditions: - A team of people who actually care about what they build - Flexible schedule and remote-first culture - Opportunities to learn, grow, and work with cutting-edge tools - A transparent environment where ideas matter - Projects that combine beauty, performance, and real impact Apply tot his job
