THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As a Sr. Product Manager for UB Media, Ulta Beauty’s Retail Media Network, you will serve as a key leader on a growing internal media team focused on building our UB Media business. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the value delivery of products that continuously and sustainably solves the needs of its users. You will build strong, critical relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the product roadmap delivers set vision with established metrics with alignment to the overall enterprise digital strategy. You will be at the heart of our Retail Media Network, responsible for building the foundational data platforms and BI tools that empower our advertisers and internal teams to make smarter, data-informed decisions. Your work will directly impact the scalability, efficiency, and intelligence of our entire advertising ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, UB Media, you will be responsible for leading a talented team and collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to drive business growth through UB Media products, features, and campaigns. YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: • Responsible for the overall product vision and metrics (e.g., objectives & key results (OKRs) fulfillment of the products and features being delivered • Develop and champion a clear, compelling product vision and long-term strategy for our RMN data infrastructure, data governance, and business intelligence solutions • Collaborate with senior leaders to build a shared digital vision across the enterprise by building a product roadmap aligned with the enterprise go-to-market strategy • Manage a team of multiple Product Owners & Product Analysts jointly focused on the delivery of a product roadmap for a segment of the overall digital guest journey • Work with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and strategic analysts to deliver digital experiences that meet the needs of both the end users • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, including sales & account management, business strategy, and operations. Clearly communicate product updates, timelines, and dependencies • Prepare and support the agile teams on topics and structure for product demos • Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of the product through all phases from initial design & definition through go-to-market activities & post launch analytics THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required • 7+ years relevant work experience with at least 4+ years in a digital product role and at least 2 years of people management experience. Retail Media Network experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift), and data modeling • Experience in the retail eCommerce industry operating in an agile (scrum) environment. Experience in digital advertising ecosystems strongly preferred • Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms • Strong leadership skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change • Strong communication skills with experience aligning the organization on complex decisions • Active coach/mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s potential • Curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams & independently drive progress through ambiguity • Excellent project management skills with experience managing complexity across multiple initiatives • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent optimizations and highly skilled in prioritization with a strong attention to detail • Up to date knowledge about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in digital advertising • Travel required up to 10% of the time The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $164,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
