Product and Service Information: Provide detailed information about our products and services, including their benefits, features, and current promotions, to educate and assist our customers. Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the appropriate teams for swift resolution, ensuring that critical customer concerns are addressed promptly. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer information is current and accessible. Meet Performance Targets: Achieve or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, to contribute to the team's overall success. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
