The Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the review of international business contracts and transactions to ensure alignment with applicable laws and company policies, focusing on regulatory analysis related to various compliance requirements.ResponsibilitiesReview international contracts, teaming agreements, and related documents to assess compliance with anti-corruption, antitrust, human rights, and other applicable regulatory requirementsCarefully analyze contract language to identify potential regulatory risks in third-party arrangements and cross-border transactionsApply company compliance policies and regulatory frameworks to practical business scenariosDocument findings clearly and accurately, escalating issues as appropriateSupport the development of practical, business-focused risk mitigation recommendationsAssist the Global Regulatory Compliance team with due diligence reviews involving international third parties and business partnersMaintain organized, accurate records of compliance reviews and regulatory analysesSupport monitoring and tracking of recurring risk themes and regulatory trendsContribute to updates of internal guidance materials and compliance resourcesMonitor developments in global anti-corruption, antitrust, and related regulatory areasPartner with Legal, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to facilitate compliant international business executionSupport additional compliance-related projects as assigned, including potential contributions to the enterprise risk management (ERM) programDemonstrate flexibility and a proactive willingness to assist with evolving regulatory and compliance prioritiesMonitor external developments and leading practices in risk management, governance, and analyticsSkillsBachelor's degree required1–3+ years of experience in compliance, legal support, contracts review, risk management, audit, or a related analytical role (internships or relevant academic experience may be considered)Exceptional attention to detail and ability to review complex documents carefully and methodicallyStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environmentExposure to international regulatory frameworks, including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, or antitrust lawsExperience reviewing contracts or supporting government contracting environmentsFamiliarity with compliance, governance, or risk management conceptsDemonstrated interest in developing a career in global regulatory compliance or enterprise risk managementAdvanced degree or relevant coursework in law, international affairs, business, or a related discipline (not required)BenefitsHealth and Wellness programsIncome ProtectionPaid LeaveRetirementCompany OverviewLeidos is an industry and technology leader serving government and commercial customers with smarter, more efficient digital and mission innovations.
