Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Amazon Fuse and MBD

The Fuse tech team is an innovative and high-energy team that is working on Amazon Fuse, a wholesale subscription service that enables 3rd party enterprises with billing and distribution capabilities. Fuse has created a one stop integration point for service teams (e.g. Prime, Music, Video, Kindle, Audible, and more) to be able to offer their subscription services through the top global partners who collectively offer subscriber billing services to more than 4B consumers. While we use existing Amazon systems when possible, you'll be working on challenging problems that need innovative solutions. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with partner teams (Prime, Music, Prime Video, Subscriptions, etc.), owning major deliverables across all aspects of product management. Key job responsibilities As a Sr Product Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for defining and influencing the product roadmap for Fuse MBD as well as our partner teams. You will interact with external partners, customers and internal stakeholder teams to understand product needs and define innovative product solutions by authoring PRFAQs, BRDs, User Experience and technical design documents. You will represent the team and evangelize the product with business development and marketing teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
