Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead commercial efforts for Konnecto, our latest strategic acquisition and the most advanced AI-powered partnership intelligence solution in the market. This role will focus on expanding our footprint across AMR by selling Konnecto into brands and agencies that demand innovation, performance transparency, and strategic growth through the affiliate and partnerships ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how brands uncover previously invisible conversion paths, reverse-engineer competitor strategies, and drive intelligent partner discovery powered by GenAI.
What You'll Do
Own and drive the full sales cycle for Konnecto, from prospecting and qualification to pitch, negotiation, and close.
Engage senior stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market brandsânavigating marketing, ecommerce, and digital leadership to build trust and urgency.
Leverage your affiliate and partnerships experience to consultatively sell a new category of technology that sits at the intersection of attribution, performance intelligence, and partner growth.
Deliver compelling, insight-driven storytelling that demonstrates ROI, strategic value, and long-term fit.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strong pipeline momentum and client alignment.
Represent the voice of Konnecto in marketâeducating prospects on category trends, competitive positioning, and Konnectoâs unique value proposition.
Accurately forecast and report pipeline, activity, and deal progression in Salesforce
Be an evangelist for the power of AI and real-time partnership data in shaping tomorrowâs performance marketing strategies.
What You Bring
5+ years of sales experience in affiliate, partnership marketing, or performance-led SaaS, preferably with exposure to attribution, data, or martech.
Deep understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics and the ability to speak fluently about the needs and challenges of brands and agencies in this space.
Consultative seller with strong discovery, objection handling, and ROI storytelling skills.
Proven ability to exceed quota and drive new business in a competitive market.
Executive presence with experience influencing senior digital and marketing stakeholders.
Self-starter mindset: entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by outcomes.
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skillsâable to work seamlessly across teams.

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary plus a commission structure.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
