Sr. Innovation Strategist
Cyclotron is seeking experienced AI Innovation Strategists to join our AI Innovation Practice. These senior consultants will partner with clients to define AI strategies, design governance frameworks, and accelerate adoption through change leadership integration. Requirements • 7+ years in AI strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting • Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and change management • Proven ability to lead workshops and engage executive stakeholders • Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred • Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex concepts • Familiarity with COE design and operational frameworks • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate • Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics • Experience with large-scale organizational technology efforts • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently • Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed Apply tot his job
