Growth Marketer - Startup

IMPORTANT: This is not a social media manager or social media marketing position. This position requires substantial experience in getting our first 1,000 users, which includes elements of tech and marketing technology. The person we hire will be accountable for user acquisition. This is a part-time position at first, could transition to full-time. Description We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketer to join our team at Aware, a dynamic startup. As a Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your work will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing our digital presence to attract and retain customers. As a Growth Marketer at AwareNow.Ai, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at accelerating user acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value. You will utilize your expertise in content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to drive results and achieve key performance indicators. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention. • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns. • Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. • Create and execute content marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads. • Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to enhance overall customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do: We have a ready-to-go 30-day plan to get our first 1000 subscribers. You’ll run it and set up automation so growth continues.
